About Zarafa Textiles
Zarafa Textiles is a polyester yarn spinning mill. We focus on one thing and do it consistently: grey melange polyester yarn — a combined filament yarn for knitting and weaving mills that need a dependable heather-grey base.
What we make
Our sole product is grey melange polyester yarn: 100% polyester, built as a combined filament (DTY+FDY or DTY+DTY, set to the fabric — see DTY vs FDY vs POY). It is grey only, offered in 15 heather-grey shades across a 70D–150D denier range, with custom shade development to a buyer’s reference.
How we work
- Mill-direct. We spin at our own mill in China; sales and samples are handled from Singapore.
- A deliberately narrow range. Rather than spread across many products, we keep to grey melange yarn so quality and shade consistency stay predictable from lot to lot.
- Made to the fabric. We set the filament construction (DTY/FDY or DTY/DTY) to suit your knit or weave.
- MOQ 1 ton (1,000 kg) per shade and spec.
