01 What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order is 1 ton (1,000 kg) per shade and spec. Contact us to discuss your program and trial-order options.
02 What is the lead time for orders?
Standard lead time is 2-4 weeks after sample approval and deposit. Rush orders are available upon request depending on current production capacity.
03 Do you offer samples?
Yes, we offer sample swatches free of charge (shipping covered by the buyer). Yardage samples for prototyping can be arranged at a nominal cost.
04 What payment terms do you accept?
We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is also available for larger orders.
05 What is grey melange polyester yarn?
It is a heather-grey yarn whose colour is created by combining two polyester filaments, not by dyeing a finished yarn. Ours is 100% polyester, grey only, and the heather is colourfast and repeatable lot to lot.
06 What deniers and shades are available?
We spin 70D–150D in 15 heather-grey shades, from light mist to deep charcoal. It is grey only, and we can develop a custom melange shade to your colour reference.
07 Is it DTY or FDY yarn?
It is a combined filament — DTY+FDY or DTY+DTY — set to your fabric's requirement. DTY and FDY are construction options, not separate products; we do not sell a standalone DTY.
08 Where is the yarn made, and can you export?
It is spun at our own mill in China, and the business is export-focused. International sales and samples are handled from Singapore.
09 Can you develop a custom grey melange shade?
Yes. When none of our 15 heather-grey shades matches, we develop a new melange to your colour reference. Standard MOQ applies (1 ton per shade and spec).
10 What is the HS code for your grey melange yarn?
We use HS 5402.33 provisionally. A combined or folded construction may instead classify under 5402.62, which we confirm with the freight forwarder before the first export.
